Inspired by cooking shows she watched with her father, Chef Tanvi ventured into the hospitality world at the age of 17 and hasn't looked back since.
Honing her skills over time, she loves experimenting with new flavours and combining Indian flavours with other cuisines and techniques from around the world.
Anchit Khandelwal

Some chefs follow a recipe. Anchit Khandelwal reads the room. Trained in the classical craft of Indian cuisine and sharpened through years with global brands like Taj Hotels and Accor Hotels, he's built a career on knowing exactly what a table needs — even when that table belongs to the President of India or a visiting French delegation.
That same instinct never clocks out. On his own time, Anchit turns into a relentless food explorer — hunting down street food, rare spices, and forgotten techniques wherever his travels take him, then folding every discovery back into his cooking. The result is a style of modern Indian cuisine that feels rooted in tradition yet never stands still. Precise under pressure, endlessly curious everywhere else — that's Anchit at the stove.
