Across one day session, you’ll journey through India’s rich culinary eras—from Mughal spice traditions to Colonial influences to contemporary global Indian plates. Learn hands-on with our chefs as you grind your own spices, plate like a pro, and craft mocktails inspired by regional history and ingredients.
