Through this day-long journey, you’ll explore India’s evolving culinary eras—from Mughal spice routes and British-era techniques to today’s globally inspired Indian plates. Get hands-on with our chefs, grind your own spices, plate with purpose, and shake up mocktails rooted in regional stories.
